This app is awful. You should switch back to the old one.

Couldn’t log into my original account since you changed the app so I had create a brand new account from scratch. I was unable to reset my password because the keyboard wouldn’t go away in the screen for me to press “submit”!!!! Then, when I finally ordered there was NO WAY TO ORDER A SECOND ITEM!!! NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would CHANGE IT BACK that was so hard to use

Updated app would not let me place an order due to cannellini beans not being available or something to that extent, but the app did not list cannellini beans as an option that could be selected or deselected so I could not place my order. This occurred when I attempted to re-order the same bowl ordered on the app a couple of days prior. So there's some sort of glitch with the updated app. I am hoping those in charge of the app are able to fix the glitch as it is causing them to lose my business. Date of issue - 8-24-2023

After the app update got kicked out of my account. Password reset doesn’t work— won’t let you submit your email. Love roots but hopefully they fix up the bugs.

The changes they’ve made to the new app are aesthetically pleasing but make the ordering process take a good amount longer. I used to be able to go check off everything I want quickly but now it’s a hassle going into each category. The worst part is they separated the ingredients between your first 5 and the remaining choices. Makes ordering a challenge. And then also the app had errors the first 5 times I clicked “order”

Old version was excellent at guessing the nearest store and required very little input, now it takes me 3x longer to put in an order.

Awful app. Not user friendly at all.

Love the new look. But when you put your email to reset password, it will not send the link to email. I don’t want to create a new account and lose my free bowls I earned from you guys

Need your own app. Stop.
