How on earth would any sane developer allow this flawed app to launch to the public is beyond me. Since I bought my streamer 2 years ago, it’s nearly impossible to switch on my device by using my mobile phone, let alone operating on it. I have been re-installed the app a dozen times but the problem never goes away. So every time I want some music, I have to access to the switch on the device. And needless to say it’s far from a satisfying experience. I don’t know if there is any iPhone user out there shares the same nightmares, I would appreciate any advice to solve this nagging issue.

been using rs250 for almost 2 yrs now, use to play music using the "play from this music" option with the app the player will play the entire folder once i click the individual song, after the app update to the recent version, it can only play the individual song i click and stop after the song finish, find out i can play the whole folder if i use the touch panel to select the individual song, pls fix the bug thx

Rosetube having problem while using from iPad which had not been resolved.!!

The app is so stupid, if I don’t switch off the SIM card internet connection before I launch the app, it will pick up the IP from my SIM install of my home broadband wifi router, and keep popping up the “connection fail” screen, Please fix it ASAP!

Tidal sounds quality really bad Apple Music play list didn’t work But I think you can improve it!

This version can’t display album graphic. That’s is bad.

The music files disappeared when it was aiff format!!

Please Solve it asap.
