RosterBuster Airline Crew App

My account suddenly went from premium to free, even I had paid one year subscription. I have been sending emails to the customer service but never get reply. I can only warn people here so maybe they do something with their customer service and subscription.

I have used RB for many years, but no more. Since CAE took over there has been so many bugs, and there has been nothing but talk. Every update has introduced new bugs and more confusion. I am moving on.

I have been a RB customer for 8 years, but since CAE took over there has been nothing but issues with this application. Now I constantly (read: every single day) get logged off, and have to sign in. It is unserious, and since CAE took over it’s been nothing but troubles.

Cannot recommend this app, go with another provider! Presently you are unable to download rosters and RB support does’nt address the problem. Problems has existed after CAE took over the app!

Used to work perfectly, now unable to download roster from Crewlink via the app.

this used to be a good app, but ipad version is now basically useless. unable to download changes and no reply from support..

After the CAE takeover, roster import has become a real hassle. I do not recommend rosterbuster until they correct this major issue.

This app used to be great but now it’s unusable. Main issues: difficult to log in and obtain schedule and when successful Flight data isn’t transferred properly. After many months of trying to seek a solution with costumer service I feel they’ve given up. I’m moving on...

It used to be a good app, however since they made a big update I haven’t been able to get a reliable picture of my schedule. - it won’t download schedule - downloaded schedule is wrong - downloaded schedule looks cryptic It’s been two months since I brought the issue to notice but customer service have not been able to fix it. I would not recommend this app for now, it’s simple not reliable. However when they have fixed their issues with the app, I will be happy to return.

With the latest version you can even do Custom Statistics Period. Why spend lots of time typing your roster in your personal calendar? Roster Buster does it for you. Highly recommend this software.
