Brilliant hotel group and outstanding App. The discounts available through the Rotana card are amazing and with the App you can access your points and special offers. Couldn’t be easier - well done Rotana.
Crashes
Have to continually delete this app because it stalls. It can’t cope with location and just spins and spins. Rubbish!
1989
Great hotels because of great Arabic beliefs in loving travellers. Worst app for any hotel group. In 2020 I shared 300 nights with IHG, Accor and Marriot. I wanted maybe 100 of them to be Rotana, but gave up frustrated.
Doesn’t work on iPhones
Total crap. How was this approved by Rotana? Shame on you
Useful For booking and staying
New design and works well. As a Rotana Rewards member can book using points so easily and has some useful functions after booking to view reservation and check in advance as well as during the stay.

I wouldn’t even give it a star. Furthermore I don’t think the rewards are even linked properly.
Just very poor
Very poor app. Now crashes every time attempt to use it despite reinstalling. Even when it’s working it’s poor. If Rotana think they are a quality hotel group then their app needs to be as good as the likes of Hilton - and the others.
Unable to enrol
Would love to use but constant error message saying unable to enrol. Other reviews on tripadvisor are saying the same. Needs to be fixed quickly.
Not a very good app
I can’t see any of my bookings in the app & there is no option to add them manually using confirmation numbers
