needs a lot of intervention

I dont know how many time i have had to clean the kneader to get just 3 rotis

It’s a mess

Lot to improve. If things go wrong no control to customer to recover from it. Like if dough is smushy. I should be allowed to fix and make a ball, have machine push, flat and fry Only Cutomer agents can perform such kind of recovering And it’s great challenging reaching them and explaining them.

Sadhana was very helpful, she solved all my queries regarding machine and warranty. hat’s off to her. She has good knowledge. good job team rotimatic.

App doesn’t open

App gets crashed and doesn’t open many a times

Problem all the time

Everything gets stuck even though it is clean… since we have the rotimatic we have barely enjoyed it…

Rotis folded

Very frustrating experience. It works sometime but most of the time rotis are fded even though cleaning properly. I won’t recommend it to anyone.

Difficult to use your app

I need more time to read and react to your prompts when using your app. It scrolls too quickly and kicks us out. Not very smart.

Connection

It’s been several days now that I can’t get it to connect and my settings changed to pizza and I can’t get it back to the menu to chose rotis
