The worst performing device ever. It doesn’t deserve a price of more than 200$. The dove keep getting stuck, the customer support doesn’t respond to complaints. Purchased extended warranty which they never gave. Had to raise dispute to get my money back. Highly underperforming overpriced poor piece of engineering device and even worse customer service. Never do the mkstake of buying this device.
My rotimatic stoped responding suddenly and not powering on
Makes 1 roti and gets stuck. No customer service phone number available to resolve the issue. No refund policy. Rotimatic gets delivered around 60 days yet refund policy is 30 days from the purchase. Very unfair deal. And this is not a cheap purchase. Very very very disappointing investment. Waste of money and time because after all end up making rotis with hand and kids get angry. Thanks but no thanks.
Hi , my machine is not installing as there is no machine number available for the installation. The QR code provided does not work🙏

Doesn’t work with WiFi 5 and charging like crazy money
Had very bad support experience when I was having issues with machine last time, support tried to quote super high charges instead of understanding the issue. Turned off the machine for 3 months and it started working again.
Hi, I purchased this product about a month agao and since then we have been trying to set up the machine but have not been able to get a single roti out of it. My parents are old and they have been remotly troubleshooting without any luck and that too after too many calls from our end. They are not doing any quality check and just shipping everything for money. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible
They do not know what is the customer service. It is been 4 days I am trying cancel my order but no one know how to cancel the order.
