Just terrible

Look at this, fighting and yelling every night, do you really wanna be like my family?

When it works (which recently has been 5% of the time) it’s good. Not sure if a recent update has affected the app but it won’t load your devices, closes out automatically, and won’t load browsing history. If it continues to have these issues I’ll be canceling my subscription and using another app.

It’s really doesn’t work

This app probably should have had an update in the three plus years I’ve been using it. I’ve had more problems with it than it has actually helped. I will be turning off for good and canceling my subscription.

I have used this app for quite some time. it works well. Its fairly simple to setup and easy to maintain. It's not the most advanced and feature packed app but that's what's good about it. I feel like they stay focussed on what they are good at. If you want a simple way to control when and what people have access to on your network then this is your app! (you can also see everyone's history) I only have one request that i believe would maintain ease of use while allowing more customization for those that need it. I have some worry about using the "categories" or the few sites available in controls to protect my children. I wish I could select sites to block from a long list of sites you think may be questionable.

Awesome little gadget, works great when it does. I have problem limits resetting randomly. This is very annoying as I have to keep monitoring either by app or browser. Reached out to support, while they are responsive, there's no solution in sight so far. I will update this review when there's update on issue I am having.

Was hoping this would be the tool to monitor our families phones. App keeps crashing on two different phones. Please update or going to return it!!!
