Interface broken
Connects easily, but iPhone interface completely misaligned onscreen and broken. Half the buttons dont work and menu is inaccessible. Clearly hasn't been updated for newer phones. Useless.

App in desperate need of updating, DO NOT PAY FOR THIS.
Disappointing
I paid for the app. I have tried to use it several times during a presentation and it does not seem to work if I am projecting through HDMI. When I remove the HDMI cable it works. Not much use when most projection is done through HDMI.
I use it all the time
I have a new iMac and found that the apple remote no longer works with eyeTV. Downloaded Rowmote which does everything I need.

This is the best free app I've ever used, perfect for lazy people like me!!!!! iPhone becomes your trackpad/keyboard and works perfectly!!! Thanks rowmote! (The name is dumb though)
Bright Future
This is a brilliant idea. The integration of infinite applications is fantastic. I bought it mainly for Eye TV. I'm surprised that there aren't more apps like this. Really dumb name. Not that user friendly either. A little design work would make this just about perfect. The pro version turns your iPhone/iPad into a wireless trackpad (which I already had). Takes some getting used to.

Rowmote is rock solid and nails the central quality of a good remote : thoughtful UI. simplicity up front, depth of features one layer in, tight integration, low latency... This provides a seamless experience when controlling a MacBook with an iPhone. If you have a use for it I highly recommend this utility. Great software.
