Roxy Cinemas UAE

Great cinemas with good service and decent locations. But the app is full of bugs and UI/UX issues. Shame on the developers on such a poor job for well established industry and a dozen of cinema app references to that work perfectly including VOX.

I submitted 2 complaints but no one contacted me and i didn’t get my refund .

I’m a calm person, I can’t be nervous at all, but this mobile app drives me crazy, i tend to cry when i use it. I don’t understand how the cinema company can give this piece of smth. Let’s save money and hire outsourced team… for what? For the worst mobile app in the world? Congratulations!

Roxy cinema is a good cinema with a nice experience and atmosphere and great food but my only negative thing is the price is so high the tickets the food it’s the most highest in Dubai I wish they low the prices and they will be the best in the world

The app is garbage

Tolerably movie theaters, but terrible made app and navigation. I will never go to Roxy again. How can you cancel a scheduled show without even warning you about it? Is Roxy Rewind no longer around?

I am writing in response to the reservation I made with my family to watch the movie Blue Beetle in Dubai Hills Roxy Cinema , Although the show was very beautiful, and the organization of the hall was good, as usual, the level of services was below par, especially with regard bringing food on time. In previous visits, the food was late in arriving for me and my family, but in this show, the issue reached the point of not bringing some of the food at all. This is in addition to the lack of response from the staff for the messages sent through the food page, which negatively affected our visit. Providing the food at the time of the show is part of the experience of visiting the cinema, and when payment is made for food, it is to be eaten during the show and not after it ends. Therefore, my family and I might have a second thought if we decided to visit Roxy Cinemas in the future. Thanks

Totally inconvenient navigation.

The app does not work properly always gives an error and it’s not being fixed also it’s tooo slowwww and blocks the seats and you can never book the seat again

Tolerably movie theaters, but terrible made app and navigation. Web designers front and back end should cut their hands off after that work.
