To plan all the fun, find all the shows and activities in the Daily Planner and build your personalized calendar. We’ll even remind you with a notification when you have plans.
Be sure to smile for the camera because you’ll be able to view, purchase and download your photos right from the app (on select ships). Find your way around with detailed deck

חווית משתמש לא נורמלית!!! אחת האפליקציות היותר טובות שיצא לי להשתמש בהן, רויאל קריביאן חשבו על כל הפרטים והאפליקציה ברמה גבוהה מאוד מכל הבחינות.👏👏👏👏

לקחנו 3 חדרים 3060,3066,3070 נהננו מאוד בחופשה. אני רוצה לציין שהיחס של כל העובדים היה יחס מעולה, העובדים כולם מסבירי פנים ומסייעים בכל דבר. אני רוצה לציין בפרט את עובד הנקיון בחדרים שהיה מעולה, מסביר פנים, אדיב ושירותי בצורה יוצאת מגדר הרגיל. גם עוזר המלצרית Caetano נתן שירות מכל הלב וגם המלצרית ARlene. הם ואחראי המלצרים IVor היו פשוט מעולים. אחראי המלצרים כל ערב לקח מאיתנו תפריט ליום הבא כדי שיספקו לנו אוכל כשר והם עשו כל מה שיכלו כדי להנעים לנו את החופשה. בתחילת החופשה היה מלצר אחר (אינני זוכר את שמו) וגם הוא היה מעולה. גם עובדי הברים היו אדיבים וביניהם JUlias מ R.Bar (קומה 4), עובד שאיננו זוכרים את שמו בבר של סטאר באקס בקומה 6, עובדת נוספת בבר אחר בקומה 6 וגם העובדים בבר ובבית הקפה למעלה ליד הבריכה הכשרה. הם כולם היו מדהימים. אני חושב שצריך לפרגן להם על עבודתם המסורה והנפלאה. אין לי ספק שבזכות היחס המעולה שלהם נרצה לחזור ולנפוש עם רויאל. תודה רבה.

זאת הפלגה ראשונה שלנו הגעתי עם המון ציפיות מאוניית הרויאל לצערי התאכזבתי מרמת התחזוקה ניקיון הברכות לא מכילות את כמות האורחים תיכנון השייט היה מאוד מאכזב האוכל נכון אני ידעתי שאני לא מגיעה למטבח כשר אבל היה אפשרי להפריד בין סוגי האוכל ולתת גם אפשרות לנסות האוכל חזר על עצמו לצערי נאלצתי לאכול כל הימים לחם מה שבטוח לא אפליג שוב עם הרויאל מהארץ הסכום ששלימתי לא ענה אפילו 50% מהחופשה שלנו ממש מאוכזבת ועוד פרט לא מוצאת לנכון להשאיר טיפ בסכום שנקבתם שילמתי מספיק עבור השהייה שלי והיא לא הייתה חינם טיפ נותנים שננהנים אני לא שם כלל למעט צוות בידור שהיה בסדר גמור וזה מה שהחזיק אותי ולנסות לשמור על קור רוח הערות!!! אפשר להתחשב באוכלוסיה השומרת כשרות ולהקצות לה להנות מהמעט שאפשר הפירט שאתם גובים כסף עבור הארוחות ומי שרוצה אוכל כשר משלמם בנוסף ואתם לא טורחים לקזז עבור הארוחה קחו לתשומת ליבכם את הביקורת מאדם שמטייל הרבה עוד חא ניתקלתי במסחטה של כסף כמו שיש פה על האונייה כמות התלונות מצד האורחים הייתה מרובה בפנרט אנשים שהפליגו בעוד חברות ובאוניות שלכם שהרמה היא גבוהה לעומת מה שנתנתם פה תודה
