As your cruise approaches, use the app to check-in and qualify for the fastest boarding experience. Before you head to the terminal on boarding day, begin your mandatory safety briefing and access your set sail pass.
To plan all the fun, find all the shows and activities in the Daily Planner and build your personalized calendar. We’ll even remind you with a notification when you have plans.
Be sure to smile for the camera because you’ll be able to view, purchase and download your photos right from the app (on select ships). Find your way around with detailed deck
maps and chat with your travel party through group or 1-on-1 chats. Track your onboard expenses in the app (or not... you’ll be on vacation, after all) and learn how to book your next cruise while onboard for the best deals.

Poor check in process
Insist on collecting physical address when airlines don’t even ask for it. Then when keying in address, (1) doesn’t allow address to be replicated to all other passengers even though I’m checking in with my family hence i have to key in the address multiple times (2) it doesn’t list states outside of the US thus making the address keyed in useless.

Your app is too restrictive and does not allow me to edit. The question on pregnancy show not even appear if you are Mr. Hope you can improve on the app.

Hello , your system screw up , my sail pass with other people data such as passport , birthday n credit card . Please update the data properly in your system . Stupid online check in jumble up all the important n security information n credits card data as well . Do not mess up before our boarding date please. I do not wish to see other people charges on my credit card .
