Wonderful

I liked it.

Useless promotional notifications

The app is OK for tracking your flights, but doesn’t allow you to save your flights or your username so you have to remember your flight number each time. Also it annoyingly will continually send push notifications for unrelated “promotions”. I couldn’t find a way to turn this off and it is surely against apple’s Terms of Service to use notifications for advertising purposes. I also couldn’t check-in using the app as YUL isn’t one of the listed airports. For this reason I’ll be uninstalling the app after my flight.

Great application

Finally I can do checkin and my boarding pass is in my iPhone wallet. Thank you RJ you made my life easy!

The worst app ever

This is by far one of worst apps I came a cross.

Worst app EVER!

The worst app ever! Can’t log in anything, book tickets, or log in to Royal club! Complete disaster and if you want to call customer support IT’S A JORDANIAN NUMBER! It shows a pop up msg saying “wrong format”. You can’t log in to anything, even though i used the same credentials on the web and they worked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON IT!

Payment error and hard to navigate

I have decided to book with another airline because the payment interference is awful unfortunately it keeps giving me error every time.

Wont log in

It keep giving me error message, User session expired and it wont let me in!!

Won’t let me login or change seats

It’s impossible to login in this app. All my information is correct but I keep getting a pop-up message that simply Says “OK.“ The app won’t let you register for their loyalty program, you must do that on the web. In addition, you cannot change seats via the app as you can do with ALL other airline apps. Ugh. I’m terrified to see what this app is like once my flight finally arrives. Just terrible.

I can’t believe how awful and painful the payment on their app/website
