I do not like this app. It is very difficult to figure out how to send a message and I am very frustrated that I never can talk directly to my healthcare team but always wait 24 hours for someone to respond to much as I sent. No response so much I sent.!!!

Not only will it repeatedly ask you to re-enter the same info over and over, it will notify you multiple times for preregistration even though every single piece of info is already there. Other times it doesn’t send notifications. There are 47 different push notification settings alone, making it tragically difficult to actually correct the horrible settings that are default. The only thing worse than the app is the way RRH utilize it as poorly as possible.

Inability to access account for minor child

There should be an opt-in option for dependent minors to grant access to their MyChart accounts. When my daughter was removed from our MyChart list once she turned 12, it has made things complicated for us in order to coordinate her care. I understand that privacy is paramount, but for someone that I have to remind to brush her teeth and put on deodorant daily, in addition to driving her to her appointments and picking up and paying for any meds necessary, it makes no sense that I cannot access her account for the sake of making appointments when she needs care.

I cannot message my provider and it is super frustrating

No direct way to message my Doctor

I can’t message my Doctor unless they have recently sent me a message and then I can talk to them through that portal but over time those messages become old and close and I can’t reach my Doctor in the app through those messages. All I can do is make an appointment either urgent or nonurgent. I type my Doctors name in search bar thinking their name will populate and I can select it to send them a message but it doesn’t let me message them. I hate to say it but this app is frustrating and not self explanatory at all and what I need most from it is not available in the app. Also I got an email I have a past due bill so I open MyCare and it says I owe nothing and $70 has not been applied yet to my account and no place to find this bill I owe to view it and see what it’s for - this app is not helpful. Really frustrating and I was a big supporter of this app but I don’t think I can tell people how great it is anymore when it’s not. It needs serious fixing to be truly useful.

The app doesn’t work without WiFi

Why can’t we use this app without WiFi? We should still be able to use it on our data. What if we’re traveling and need to pull up the app? It’s become very inconvenient for us the past couple months. Any way to fix this please?
