Maybe if the city stopped giving DPD armored vehicles we could have a working transit app. As is, this thing crashes constantly and frequently bugs out
Logged me out. Can’t save new password. Changed password three times. Said I was switching account on this device - I wasn’t. What a hassle.
Why on God’s green Earth is the trip planner not part of the app, but is instead a separate webpage?
This is my first app review, inspired by how bad this is. Can’t connect to app. Can’t reset password. Can’t make new account. Just keep getting errors.
App needs a quick buy feature. 20 taps to buy a ticket is insane. This app feels like 60 year olds made it. Other cities have single tap pay systems. RTD is 30 years behind. The ticket scanner on bus has a NFC right next to it making your wallet open when you try to scan your ticket. I've sent messages to support. No response. Nobody cares. Just people collecting their paycheck.
Useful for traveling within cities and downtown - DIA - light rails
App not even checked - they ride free. App allows for scams
New to Denver. Downloaded the app, purchased a Day Pass, checked out using Apple Pay, went to the bus stop, activated my pass in the app, scanned my QR code on the bus, and got on. Pretty easy! I planned my route using Google Maps. Just make sure you can find the right bus stops.
I read the reviews and went for it anyway to get my ticket ahead. It seemed like it took payment, but would not show up as an added card. Got an email saying it used my card, but never did the app say I had a ticket. Very frustrating!
