Esta compañía de facturación cuando comienzas a trabajar con ellos te ayudará y te pintará maravillas hasta una vez q estés dentro luego comienzan todos los problemas en estos momentos es lo peor q yo pueda recomendar de hecho no lo haré nunca con nadie por descarados ladrones y su mal trabajo me estuvieron descontando un porcentaje mayor al del acuerdo cuando se les reclamó empezaron a dar disculpas de todas formas y q se reembolsaría el dinero el cual nunca lo hizo ahora se le está pidiendo la carta de release y nadie puede ayudar con eso te atienden el teléfono y te dejan en línea por más de 20 minutos y te cortan la llamada Sinceramente es lo más desagradable y falta de profesionalismo q pueda haber como empresa

I was using my friend card and it had good discounts then I talked to rts and they assured me I’ll get good discount but I’m not getting anything even a fraction of the fee that I got charged a and more funny they refused to close the account So Watch out making account with them is permanent disaster

I signed a contract with them to factor my payments. It was for a set rate . Months later I was offered a fuel card which when bundled with the factoring was supposed to give me a lower rate for factoring. The bundled contract guaranteed my factoring rate at 2.75 percent if I reached my set minimum factoring per month at $5,000 and my fuel card usage minimum was 90 percent of all my fueling needed to be charged on their fuel card . Since that is my only fuel card I use it for 100 percent of my fuel purchases. I factor way more than the $5,000 minimum monthly consistently. I started noticing that I was being charged a way higher percentage for factoring than I was supposed to be charged . When I asked for a refund they promised me a refund which I have never received and have been chasing down for over a month and counting . No one answers my calls nor calls me back when I leave messages . Then when I finally was contacted by a supervisor I was told that I didn’t meet my monthly factoring requirement for certain months which they tried to base off of the initial contract before I got the bundled rate instead of the actual requirements that were on my bundled proposal . Then when I pointed out that I met the factoring requirement for a certain month but was still overcharged the following month I was told that I hadn’t met the fuel card usage requirement which was a minimum of 90 percent of all my fuel . I use that fuel card for 100 percent of all my purchases so I don’t know how they possibly concluded I didn’t meet that requirement. When I got a copy of my bundled proposal they put a recent date on it to make it seem like I just got the bundled rate even though I had that fuel card bundle since 2023. These people are SCAMMERS , THIEVES, and straight up CROOKS! They robbed me and are continually trying to swindle me and give me a run around to avoid giving me refunds for all the months of overcharging they did to me after I bundled my fuel and factoring with them in December 2023. I SERIOUSLY advise any and everyone to heed my warning and STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!! Until I receive a refund for all overcharged months I will stand behind the facts of them robbing me !

Your apps distance to truck stops are soooo wrong. Please fix this problem.

Even by BANK of America will let me use their app without an update . These folks will make you update it first if there is an update… Sometimes people have to use it right away … nope you’ll have to wait until it’s done installing. It’s easier for them this way, while being ignorant to the costumer. Even though these updates are meant for us.

Can't find locations with fuel discounts

I’ve been using this app for the past month or two because my boss wanted me to have more options than the backwoods fuel stops and still save us money on fuel. 2 1/2 weeks ago it suddenly stopped working and keeps giving me a “no results found“ message, every time I open it up. Had my boss send a note over they gave us several options to check and nothings working. I have no idea why, but until they get it fixed, it’s useless for fuel prices

Yes, The App Is Garbage. My Company Just Switched To This Fuel Network. But the App Only Shows The Fuel Station That’s near to your Current Location instead of Showing it nationwide like others Apps does. Kinda of disappointing that not showing all fuel stations nationwide will make extremely difficult for drivers to plan better where to fuel along the route She/He is traveling. I Give It One Star, Hopefully They will Change that . I Don’t like it At All .
