Penanganan komplain yang buruk

Unit yang saya tempati beberapa kali mengalami masalah (dari AC, air, shower, kloset dan sebagainya). Penanganan komplain rata2 hampir diatas 1 minggu. Untuk harga sewa unit diatas 2 juta saya rasa penanganan atas komplainnya sangat buruk, mengingat perbaikan dapat memakan waktu lebih dari 10 hari. Jujur sangat kecewa dan saya tidak rekomen menggunakan rukita untuk kost.

Brandingnya kyk minimalis keren bersih tapi aslinya bobrok. Manajemennya bodoh. Staffnya gak bisa mikir gak bisa kasih keputusan. Bingung jadi mau komplain selalu gak ada solusi. Kalo ga bodoh ga akan pernah partner an dengan kos TENUN CO LIVNG. Kos harga 4.5 juta tapi kebersihan JOROK BGT, manajemnnya NYEBELIN BGT BIKIN STRESS, air listrik udah bayar 500ribu / bulan masih ADA TAMBAHAN CHARGE BUAT HAIRDRYER / CATOKAN 240ribu / bulan dan air maintenance MATI TOTAL minimal 5 hari dalam sebulan. Air minum selalu habis kalo ga diteriakin ga diisi. Kalo mau bukti seberapa bobrok kos ini bisa deh DM aku. Trauma bgt gamau lagi tinggal di kos apapun yang ada nama rukita. Goblok bgt ga difilter mau aja jd partner dari kosan orang gila LOL. Goodluck Rukita. Bye bgt sih.

Rukita scam, uang deposito tidak kembali. Sudah berbulan bulan tidak ada dana masuk. Follow up ke Cs selalu bilang akan di follow up ke tenant. So kalo tenantnya bermasalah tentu deposit kalian akan bermasalah juga. Rukita lepas diri dari hal tersebut.

SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN, Pengembalian deposit telat tidak sesuai janji dan harus ditangih dan didesak terlebih dahulu baru deposit direfund. pikir2 untuk teman2 yang ingin kost di rukita.

perusahaan membuat T&C yg kita setujui yg dimana jika melakukan cancel/pembatalan harus diatas 14 hari checkin maka Deposit dibalikan sebesar 50%. Namun, Jika Anda melakukan pemunduran checkin awal ke 7 hari belakang walaupun waktu checkin baru anda diatas 14 hari maka deposit tetap hangus dengan alesan checkin awal kurang dari 14 hari YANG MANA TIDAK TERTULIS DI T&C mereka membuat syarat sendiri untuk MENGHINDARI KERUGIAN PEMBATALAN
