I love Run4prs! They helped me stay focused without overachieving and risking burn out. Their coaches are encouraging and if you do well you might even end up of their Instagram feed! This app is a great complement to your plans and makes it easy to follow along and get strength trainings in, even at home, if you have zero equipment. Thank you run4PRs!
