I love this game and spend a lot of time playing it. That being said … it is very glitchy. You are not always rewarded the items you earn and it is frustrating to have to reach out to have this kind of thing fixed because let’s be real, we don’t want to have to email someone about a mobile game. One of the most frustrating things about this game is when an event starts and the “werk” or similar isn’t accumulating. I understand it supposedly gets accumulated even when it looks like it isn’t, but if your stations aren’t automated and you’re waiting to click to collect you can’t. I love this game and the way the looks are modeled after real looks on the drag race runway, but I wish it was better. There are a lot of in app purchase options and I feel like with the amount of money this app makes it should be much better. I want to be hopeful, but I have seen comments on the app’s instagram like “is this game still super glitchy” which leads me to believe that this game has and always will be full of bugs. Aside from the bugs, it is really a great game.

Love the game but it says I have 3 notifs on the “Edit Shade” button but when I click it, it does nothing idk if I’m the only one with the issue or if I’m just dumb but it bugs me seeing the numbers 😭😭

At least half of the featured queens would drop this app if they knew it was the face of a gambling debt industry. You can’t report ads or indicate things are broken. IMPOSSIBLE TO UNLOCK CONTENT WITHOUT SPENDING $29.99/MO. Two FOMO monthly payments to unlock the season pass and then $9.99 to unlock the legacy pass. You won’t be able to get these in game unless you buy them with impossible to earn in game money. PAY $20-$50 TO AUTOMATE EVERY DAILY EVENT. Unless you spend, you’ll have to tap your phone or use your autotapper accessibility feature—which devs have tried to eliminate. If you don’t make top 3, you don’t get rewards. Top three are always hackers or heavy-spenders. I’ve never been top 3 unless I spent $100. Spent $200 to get the eyeball. POORLY PUT TOGETHER AND SHODDY TESTING. Clothes, Hair, and Makeup often clip. Mixing and matching items should be easy but it’s impossible to adjust layers and some items can’t be recolored. I see missing assets (blank items that give points) when I’m competing in dailies, weeklies, or toot/boots. I’m honestly wondering if I was just so excited to pretend to be a drag queen that I ignored how bad it was, because I can’t remember a time when this game wasn’t infuriatingly expensive for a free game. Ru should make you all lip sync in makeup, wigs, and heels before eliminating you all. Sashay away 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I love this game and have been playing since day 1. Its fun and I am IN LOVE with the “Snatched Edition” and how I can customize my looks by color, soooo C*nty (really need a snatched edition for MAKEUP though) If I had one complaint which sadly I do, I hate that I spend $20 to get whatever queens Season Pass it is that month but my fuzzy pink boxes RARELY have new makeup and thats one of the main reasons I get the Season Pass :( I wish the ai or system that generates what the win in the fuzzy pink box is could see what I have for makeup and can give me something new or maybe like a “THIS OR THAT” option with mulitple makeup looks then I can pick what I want. Again that wasnt a drag at all! I am still LOVING the game just some insight from a user experience! love everything YOU are doing! Thanks For the best phone game EVER!!!

I would have written to support but I figured the review would work faster. Why did I pay for a season pass for Plastique, yet I’m receiving duplicate clothing items from other queens? We are supposed to be receiving exclusive pieces from that queen, no? Otherwise, I would have paid for Willow’s, you know what I mean? Someone let me know.

This is my favorite game but this morning when I went to play it, I was asked if I wanted hook up to Facebook. I forgot that I’d already done that and said no. It asked me again, I said no again. Then it tells me I have to sync it to Facebook because I already have? So I allowed it. Except now it won’t connect to Facebook and I can not play at all. If I delete the app and redownload it I’ll lose my progress. Please help.

This is a masterpiece of a game and I am never bored with the outfits or gameplay. If you love drag (especially RuPaul, and the queens featured on his show!) and you love mobile games, GET THIS NOW
