Game crashed and lost everything

before anything, I linked my account months ago. App crashed today and I lost everything, can’t even get my account back because the app says theres network issues even though my wifi is fine. Terrible.

Love the game, but needs update almost daily

The game itself is fun and addictive, but every morning there’s a new update and we are compelled to update the app to the latest version or else we won’t be able to access the game at all. I understand the necessary updates but maybe the updates can be stacked and stick to once a week. Other than that, the new update rocks tbh!

it keeps saying download update but after finish download nothing happen. the page stuck there forever! 😭 cant even play it! tried off on app still repeat the same thing. download update and stuck.

Cheaters and bugs

So many bugs, so many hacks and cheaters. Played so hard to try to win but at the last moment lost it all to cheaters and hackers. Stuck on the same episodes forever in a neverending loop. Too many ads, too little payback. Pay to win is your only hope.

Game resets all the time!

I lost my entire wardrobes after the game resets multiple time! It was resets for 5th time so i try the linking account method and its actually rewrites my old account to new one without notification "the account already claimed" pops out, and then when I restart the game, all my hair, clothes, makeup are gone but not the game progress..its was so frustrating!! Theres no other way of restoring it except waiting for the game dev to restore my previous save file before it gets rewrites.

MY ACOUNT IS GONE

I opened the app this morning and all of a sudden my account was gone. So all the progress I’ve made was gone just like that. Also the game itself has a lot of glitches and you have to update it so much. Worst game ever.

Lost everything after update

After update to the latest version, everything is lost. Now I have to start from zero again. Pls fix this issue.

UPDATE MADE IT LAG

I played until Level 13 but with the recent update, my game got reset and all my hard work was lost. Plz fix this coz the game is legit good.
