The Royal Veterinary College’s free pet epilepsy tracker app is a new and interactive way to manage your pet’s epilepsy. Key features include:

• Seizure log: allowing you to record the details of your pet’s seizures, including what they look like, what happens during and after them, and how often they have them

• Medication log: allowing you to record details of all of your pet’s medications, their doses and how often they should be given

• Medication reminders: allowing you to set up a reminder alarm for when you should give your pet their medication, allowing for separate alarms for each medication prescribed

• My Pet: allowing you to record your pet’s details, including information about their epilepsy diagnosis and tests carried out, a notes function to record any questions you want to ask your vet, and a contacts log to save details of relevant professionals to have quick access to

• Export function: allowing you to package and send your pet’s seizure diary, medication diary and medical history by email to your vet or any other email account

• Sharing function: for you to anonymously share your pet’s medical history, seizure and medication diaries with the RVC to contribute to future research into canine epilepsy

• Educational material: a wealth of information is included in the app, from the basics of what epilepsy is, how it is diagnosed and identifying different seizure types, to practical advice on what to do when a seizure strikes and good medication practice.

App has stopped working - won’t open

Have been using for two years without issue but now it want open

What’s happened?

Haven’t been able to open the app since yesterday so deleted and trying to upload it again but without success? Just getting a blank white screen? Absolute nightmare as this is the only place I have meticulously recorded my dogs seizures, not sure what to do next to try and retrieve this information?

What’s happened

Really useful App and used to store all my Dogs seizure activity. But today have tried to go into App to log this mornings seizure and it won’t open. 2 years of seizure activity lost. What happened to the App??

What’s happened to the app

You upgraded the app and now all the data has gone. You gave no warning this is a nightmare!!!!

Faulty

I’ve not been able to log the last 2 seizures as the app says the date entered is not the correct format hh.mm BUT it is the right format. Please repair the app and get it working properly- it’s a valuable app for Epi owners

Not working

When you rely on an app to record Important information it’s poor quality that it’s not working. When it works it’s good but now I don’t know if all data is lost. It’s just not opening.

App has been great to date

This app has been great so far but now can no longer log in to the app it just goes to a spinning circle and no further, very disappointed.

App doesn’t work

Up until yesterday this app worked fine. I tried to go on the app last night and it told me to log in. Using the correct details it said that the login was not recognised and so I reset my password. I still have not received a reset email password and I have done this 5 times now . This bug needs fixing as I need to access my dogs data and logs

Rubbish

Lost all the information for no reason.

App has stopped working please help!

It says internet connection required when you try and log in please help as we can’t access data!
