do not bother registering. i have submitted everything and they will only approve you as a carpool driver. this way, they do not have to honour the zero commission for private hire they boast about. i will delete the app once i reached 10 pickups.

To many modify app allow them to have options like distance , fare price set, location they wish to go.

The Ryde app is easy to use.

Just because of customer cancel too many time and Ryde cancel driver account and bill invoice to driver

i am not doing ryde send , and i never did a deposit of $100 , but job keep popping out my screen .. can this be work out ? i know there is a exclude ryde send . but every time it needs to be press . even if i press exclude , when ryde send job comes in , it pops up . please advise .

The current version of map does not show the location of destination (zoomed out view). User has to manually zoom out in order to see the destination. Not convenient. For not so common places drivers might need to check the location/direction. Hope can improve on this. Thanks

I have been driving in this wonderful platform for a while. All I can say is THIS IS BEST PLATFORM. With zero commission you basically bring back all your earnings. With 100% customer support, you can driving stress free. With fair customer 5 star rating , I felt very honoured. This is becoming a lousy app I reckon drivers not to install, riders pls install and only book from RYDE fares are fair to riders so drivers pls siam far far from RYDE
