Laundry service is terrible.

We asked laundry service to pick up our clothes through SendHelper. But, they cancelled our booking at the last minutes many times. Eventually, after we complained to SendHelper, one laundry service picked up our clothes for dry cleaning 6 days ago. But, they didn’t return the clothes until now. We contacted Laundry service directly. But, they didn’t respond to us at all. I have never got this kind of service in Singapore.
