Hi your app has not been working in days
Now then I understand why most of the people still chose other riding app instead of ryde. Even though the price here is the cheapest but no driver want to accept booking when the fare is low. And even when they accept it (maybe the system auto help them to accept?) the driver will cancel it after a while. Totally wasting of time. If the driver think the fare here is too low then just simply sign up with other company instead. Btw I never got a successful booking on ryde. So after this review, I will just delete the app
Better than grab & gojack
This is totally unacceptable, $19.99 was taken away from my card just like that. You guys didn’t not give me any notice yesterday or few days ago about my subscription. I am left speechless, i deleted the app too. I didn’t even use the app. It’s non refundable too eh please ah make up ur mind lah ryde
Have been trying to open the app for the past 3 days but it doesn’t work at all. Have reached out to customer support and waiting to hear back
have been using ryde for the past 1 year and even signed up as a ryde+ member. initially it was great, but as time went on, even as a ryde+ member, it became difficult to get rides and even when i’m able to get rides, i would also be afraid that the drivers would cancel without warning. benefits as a ryde+ member also went to the gutters. to even be able to get a ride, you might even need to boost to be able to get one.

CS does not get back to you at all. left my things in the ride and called the driver and it was no use so contacted CS of ryde but they just close the ticket and never get back to me and it has been a week. will never use ryde again no matter how affordable it is.
