Great, reliable cab service. I even left some very important personal items in the cab and was able to get them back without any issue - I highly recommend them!

This app is junk - do not rely on it if you actually need a taxi. I booked 45 minutes before I wanted to travel and was told a taxi would be with me at the time booked. That time came - app is still showing that they’re searching for a taxi for me. Call the help number and they tell me that they can see the booking, but the app isn’t working so I need to cancel and rebook. ...still waiting for my taxi 15 minutes later. No wonder the Australian taxi industry is dying.

Booked a day in advance. They changed the driver many times and eventually no one came.

Charging more expensive than Uber and Indrive. Have bad experience with scam and doggy’s drivers.

Worst taxi service I have ever tried using. Made a booking (scheduled pickup) then got 10 confirmation SMS each with different driver details. Called Rydo they confirmed the booking and the driver name. In the morning of my pickup I was left stranded then received a new booking confirmation - when I called the driver he said he already pickup up someone, I need to call Rydo - was left stranded and missed a flight as a result! Avoid especially if you are planning a scheduled pickup!

Driver did not turn up for my trip to the airport - no notification, would not answer my calls. Missed my flight.

1/4/23: I was so close to deleting this app, after multiple cancelled trips which I still got charged for, and had to chase up for a month for the refund due to trips that was canceled by the drivers. One time a drive claimed to have arrived but actually lied, because we were standing at the pick up spot for 20 mins waiting. Decided to give this app one last chance after support team, Andrew, helped me resolve the refund with one phone call and his customer service was exceptional! Rydo has Andrew to thank for, for getting one last chance from an user.

Downloaded app, booked a taxi for airport drop off, charged me my fair then said no driver available try another company. Still waiting on email response for refund. I called the company and they said before we can refund they have to investigate so I need to wait for an email response. Downloaded the Uber app and driver arrived within 5 mins.

Pre book a ride to international airport at 6:30am, didn’t show up. Called customer service unsure if there will be a driver available. End up need to search for other company.

Just downloaded as had a coupon from previous trip. Highly recommend as an alternative to ride share options.
