Improve the live chat feature
Dear support,
Kindly fix the live chat feature so that it:
(1) displays correct queue number and
(2) approximate time, and most importantly
(3) automatically saves the chat history, so that you can see what the agent has replied to you even after you accidentally closed the app.

There are too many steps to make a transfer and each step takes a few seconds too long to load. On HSBC’s UK mobile app, it requires half the amount of steps, and each step is super fast.
