Customer service

One of the worst customer service providers in the kingdom from last month I didn’t received any respond from the company don’t transfer money in weekend you will not receive ever•

Poor International Money Transfer Service

I recently utilized SAB's international money transfer service to send funds to my Indian bank account on two separate occasions. While the first transaction was successfully processed, I encountered significant issues with the second transfer. Unfortunately, the subsequent transfer was rejected for reasons that were not clearly communicated, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Moreover, upon the return of the funds to my account, I discovered that approximately 500 SAR had been deducted as a service charge. My experience with SAB's international money transfer service has been deeply disappointing, and the unexpected deduction has further compounded my dissatisfaction. As such, I would caution others to exercise caution when considering this particular financial service for their money transfer needs. It is my hope that this feedback will prompt SAB to address the issues encountered and improve the transparency and reliability of their international money transfer service for the benefit of their customers.
