SaferKid Text Monitoring App

I tried to use this app on my kids and it was horrendous! No way would I ever recommend this to you. Once I started using it, my kids become very distant from me and it seemed as if they didn’t like me. I realised it was from this STUPID app and I deleted it because all children DESERVE privacy. Privacy shouldn’t be a privilege, it’s a right. DON’T SPY ON YOUR KIDS!!!! They will hate you for it and only bad parents want that and want to spy on their kids. Trust your kids.

Glitches and bugs. Try’s to take your money and won’t let you use free version and paid is ridiculous prices

This app is so incredibly difficult to install and actually never worked even after 4 days of to and fro emails with support. I sent screen shots and explanations of what happened and still absolutely no possible way of loading it successfully. DON’T TRY

Faulty keeps asking for payment and won’t let you run the free trial!!

The app claims to have a 7 day free trial in which you won’t be billed unless you fail to cancel 24 hrs prior to expiration. It charged my account for an entire year on the same day that I downloaded it.

You can’t add devices. The app hasn’t been updated in forever and it doesn’t seem to work at all.

There is a delay of 4 days syncing the messages and 3 weeks delay of web searching. I have contacted customers services before and I have not received a response other than the auto respond. I have reviewed the configuration steps and everything is fine. I have this app for about three years and I didn't have these issues until the last 5 months. I want this issues to be resolved for good!

Free trial should at least DO SOMETHING!!! And it takes 2 days to set up!

It worked ok for several years. Now I can’t get it to update from kids phone. And it’s not turned off cuz it will update every now and then a couple of days worth but still be off by 6-10 days. Want a refund for latest installment.
