I needed a good, basic, non subscription app to store photos with passcode or biometrics. This is the one. However recently (as of April 2024) there is a bug that will stop the app from opening completely. I will update this review when it’s resolved.
They released another update in the past few days, I’m still stuck on the logo page when app opens. App freezes right there. Can’t give more than 1 star…
Because many times the iphone screen is automatically locked and interrupted during backup or file copying, so it would be better if we added a temporary pause protection function and let us turn it on after completion. It would also be better if we could add a video repeat playback function.
But since your latest update has now locked up my photos and will NOT OPEN, I am ready to cancel doing all BUSINESS with your company! THIS NEVER RESPONDS to concerns, but it continues to find ways to charge for an APP ALREADY PURCHASED AND SUBSCRIBED TO… Update: if I could give this app below 1 star I would! The company NEVER responds and I believe at this point this app is unsafe, insecure, and definitely unreliable! I have tried contacting this company several times with NO RESPONSE, I have lost photos, had folders unlocked which had been password protected and that app is constantly freezing up, each new update only seems to create more problems, which I am sure is this company’s way to get me to subscribe to their cloud services but it is NOT happening, as a matter of fact, my subscription is up in June and I will be ridding myself of this app permanently!
I’ve forgot my password and can’t get access to my data. What am I supposed to do now?

My animated GIFs used to replay over and over, as designed. Now they play through once and quit. Would greatly appreciate you fixing this.

Have used this app for quite some time. Always worked great and was very secure. Then I purchased the backup feature and it all went down hill. All the photos disappeared and could not be found. Many emails to Sixbytes and only an initial reply. Silence from that point on. I get that things go wrong once in a while, but ignoring the customer, hoping they will go away, is not how you support your product or customers. I would say the standalone app is good, but under no circumstances purchase anything beyond that. Disappointed.
Please my app is crashed when i open please fix it
