I am so thankful an app like this exists! I struggle with anxiety so I would usually play meditation music & motivation videos on different platforms, but now it’s nice to have everything in one place. I also often feel overwhelmed so it’s nice to have something like this at on my phone which I always have on me. The to do list reminders have helped me stay organized & I love how I het reminded to get some sleep based on my preferences. Overall this app continues to help me with my mental health. I would definitely recommend it. Especially for the price.

The therapy sessions of this app helped me to manage my stress very well. When compared to other health apps I've tried so far, this is my favorite. I like how easy it is to use and how effective it is. Anyone who isn't feeling well and wants to improve their emotional/mental health should try it!

This is truly one of a kind app. It provides lot of audio content with refreshing and soothing backgrounds. I love various backgrounds. It is really pleasant. The content is nicely organized. Many of the audio content are under ten minutes giving you great opportunity to fully listen and comprehend during your short breaks daily. You can jot down your thoughts and feelings on what you just listened providing you a window into your own mind and it’s thinking for later insights. You can revisit the audio again and write a new journal. You can review these journal to understand your thought’s progression over time. I would definitely recommend this app for any serious person looking to improve their own life as well as others around them. Will update my comments as I use it more often and when I see more content.

The narrator's voice is tranquil and pleasant, and the therapy sessions are refreshing. I've had a great time with it, and it helps me relax before and after stressful occasions like exams. I had a problem with concentration before exams, and the music helped me practice more focus on the academic part, and I felt less stressed before the tests.

I'd never been to therapy before, but I knew I needed help to maintain my mental health. Despite my skepticism, I came across this app in a moment of need. I enjoy the self-paced and self-help aspect of the app. The lecturers are fantastic, with a plethora of information and soothing voices. Download the app if you're thinking about it!

Sagapo is the perfect place to rejuvenate your soul and to experience the immense state of eternity. It is the best app for mental health and fitness I've known so far. This mood detection is beneficial to identify my mood during the day. I would love the food journal to see my eating habits. Not bad. I am eating healthy! :) Thank you Sagapo!
