Rubbish
App is totally rubbish it doesn't match the web base one. When it asks for my company it doesn't recognise it. Then keeps saying my email and password doesn't match! But I can get online via the web base. Totally rubbish and not worth the hassle
Needs improvement
The App keeps telling me to install the app to sign in…. A relentless circle. Can’t even access my account on the web because it’s not the right password but it is on the app…

Download the app and it tells me to login! When I try to login it says have you downloaded the app?? It then repeats! Useless!!!!

Says I can’t log in through the app with the same passcode as on the web page, I can’t even check my payslips can I have help please
It works on desktop but not on iPhone
I can log in on desktop but as soon as I use the correct password and email it says it’s wrong sort it out

Difficult to rate an app that opens once in a blue moon, if I’m lucky.
it’s alright
it used to be so useful and informative, and notify when payslips come through. but now doesn’t do that issues first started last week (wednesday, 7th august 2024) - the app won’t notify when payslips come through, and the payslips won’t show on the app either.
