去台灣買了7天方案，用了一天就連不上網絡，換了幾個電訊商都不行。看到網絡是滿格還是連不上網絡，到處找Wi-Fi 。爛爆了。

Bought a 7-day plan but unable to install the e-SIM on my iPhone … CS responded saying that devices purchased in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China do not support the eSIM!!! 😡

So far have used Saily in around 5 different countries, mainly to buy eSIMs for family members and I like that you can set up more than one eSIM. It worked for my needs, and I found the app is so easy to use. I have made several errors however, it was not completely straightforward, but with the chat function it was resolved straight away so am giving 5 star as customer service is great. Good luck to these guys, I will be using them from now on.

What a scam only 3G speed extremely slow or not working

Failed in not one country but two during the same trip.

I have tried a number of eSims and by far this one is the best! Simple to install and set up, and simple to add a nation. Please find a way to add “The Gambia” to your nations served - no one else seems to have an option that actually works!

Was easy ever process to purchase and download, would gave a five star, but have had chance to use it

I have had Nord VPN for several years. No problems at all. Decided to try Saily. Sadly it randomly loses connection and the only way to reconnect is to reset network which loses wifi passwords. It worked the first day I activated the program but not after the next day. Would not recommend. Had it on 2 iphones. Wasted the fees for each one. Would not recommend!

Although our eSIM in new zealand worked fine, the one in Australia did not. Could not use data while the sim was turned on. Very frustrating. This app would be better if it had a plug-in or tracker that was easier to access to see how much of your data package you have used.
