Great app, too expensive though
The app works great and is easy to use but the actual data plans are too expensive, maybe twice the price of alternatives. $15+ for just 20GB is too expensive for Asia.

Functionally works fine and is a useful and flexible backup when travelling to avoid high roaming charges. However, particularly in the case of Thailand data connection is slow and much slower than a local sim . On several occasions I had only 3G connectivity and painfully slow updates of navigation with google maps for example.
Bought a 10GB eSIM for SrLanka for 20€ but the chosen provider is super bad. Only LTE or 3G max connection in big city, nothing on the country side. Just buy a real sim from a local shop from DIALOG, the only network that works. Costs only 1€ for 10G
A bit more expensive than the competition but works really well and is reliable.
I downloaded the app immediately when I got the launch email. I was in Singapore for a couple of days so it was perfect timing to test Saily's esim. I have used Nomad before which does have few options I'm missing from Saily's at the moment. Maybe a dark mode would be nice, the white is awfully bright and with their NordPass and NordVPN apps everything is nice and dark. Then buying extra data, other services offer the option to add extra data to your esim, luckily I didn't need to add extra data before I left Singapore but if I did I'd probably have to order a new esim at full price. The installation was very easy but could be more automated with a QR code or something. Overall I had a very good experience and I'm sure they will add features and hopefully more competitive prices as other apps offer better prices for the countries I'm currently visiting.
I have used Saily for a week in Paris, France (late Dec, early Jan 25). Works great. It was very easy and quick to install the eSIM on my iPhone. I had 5G coverage throughout my stay and the connection was very stable. I’ll use it again.
It work for few days then stop working, worst provider ever, no customer services, they don’t care about you! .
I would give zero stars if I could. I bought 7GB. It finished before the “claimed 30 days”. Then I thought it’s okay I’m going to buy another 7GB. What a waste of money. Internet would not work. I was travelling in a foreign country, I had to chase after free wifi locations. Did not feel safe at all considering I can’t even access to call for an emergency. When I contacted help support, wasted 1 hour of my time to only say they will escalate this matter to their technical team and they can’t give a refund because I used 1GB. What kind of service is that? Do not recommend. Don’t waste your time or money.
I sent over an hour with customer support. Service does not work in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Daily would not refund my purchase. Avoid this scam business. I’m not sure why @SailingZatara recommended them.
As someone who travels a lot, I have tried all the big e-sim apps, this is the cheapest and most reliable. I havent had surcharges with Saily whereas I always get surcharges with the other apps. Highly recommend.
