I’m now using Sam’s app which is amazing! Combines training and nutrition and also syncs to my Apple Watch! Plus the price is so cheap! Couldn’t recommend Sam enough!
Honestly I heard many good things about Sam hook and his coaching and when I joined, let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint. He replies so fast, genuinely cares about his clients and puts in so much effort, I have been with him for 6 months now and have seen huge changes in my body, not just my glutes but all over and everyone keeps telling me how much my physique has changed, I never write reviews but really have to let everyone know how amazing it is

Sam is an amazing coach! Very knowledgeable and the fastest responding coach I’ve had! Was skeptical about seeing results at first but after sticking to it for 3 months genuinely got visible results (10/10). Sam is also super encouraging and really helped guide both my training and nutrition especially when I was scared to be “too bulky” or eat “too much”. Great app in that there is easy video instructions to and even if you get confused you can get quick guidance. The workouts also changes every cycle so you don’t get bored and has a balanced range of exercises so you have an overall better figure! Would recommend 10/10!
THE BEST APP YOU COULD ASK FOR! If you’re insecure about going to the gym. Feel awkward around the gym. Have tried other apps but end up paying for something you don’t use. Download an app stick to it for one week then forget about it, like I have done? This will change you. Accountability through positive encouragement. Seriously never leave reviews but I recommend 🙏

I recently moved cities ( originally lived in Perth) and I was Sams long time client. Since moving I decided to sign up to the app to continue on with my journey as finding a genuine PT who actually cares about you and getting where you want to be, is very hard. I love that Sam holds me accountable and supports me all the way. Even though I train through the app now, it feels like Sam is right there with me. Any questions I have Sam responds so quickly and he’s always checking up on my progress. Absolutely love the app and loving my results.
