Sam - Trip Planner & Assistant

I don’t have this app installed as I downloaded it once and realised it was utterly useless. Now, I keep getting an iPhone alert saying someone is trying access my information via this apps service. DO NOT ISE THIS APP is my advice.

This app worked well for past 6 months and now I can’t add something like accommodation as the hotel name cant be searched and keep getting an error. Will be deleting the app.

The app is unable to recognise that flight flight date and time has been updated. It has added the details as new, additional flights under the same trip. So I can see two leaving flight times and two returning flight times. Would be an issue if I was to rely solely on the info on the app.

I’m trying to log in with my work email, but it won’t let me type it fully, its a long email address, can you expand the field number please ?

It’s a joke, trips are not added to the app, it’s an empty shell designed by first year students perhaps?

Been using the app for close to 12 months. You have come along way and sounds like a lot of updates in the pipeline too. Thanks so much for all you are doing. I hope you understand how many times at airports you have saved me. I believe airport lounges will be hating you since we get to enjoy drinks for longer as we don’t need to panic about missing boarding when a flight is delayed. I believe I owe you guys 10 beers and around 7 hours, since that’s how much I have been delayed in the last 12 months(maybe you can have these as a goal tracker). Airlines seem to be getting worse with there boarding times and announcements, both domestically and internationally.

It is. A great app. Easy to use and it has all the locations in it. The only thing I’d recommend is to be able to make changes on date and time after we have entered the activity, hotel, etc.

Easy to use, love the updates. The tips from other travellers are also handy - no need for google when you have Sam.

I watch compatibility would be great
