Please change UI as this application is hard to use and not mobile friendly at all.
Few issues noticed. 1. Cannot send messages via new app version 2. Settings cannot be accessed 3. Loading times are unacceptable 4. Lots of other UI issues
Worst banking app I have ever used! Interface is SO SLOW. ‘Live chat’ is HARASSING the user. OTP sent to mobile is not taken automatically though we tap the boxes. Even we type, our fingers faster than app as it takes much time. Your IT personnel MUST learn how to develop an app. NTB/ HNB banks are having finest app. NTB is the best. Use one of them, learn how far ease them to the end user.
This is actually a not mobile app but looks more like a web application on a web view. Each time you open the app, you have to log in. After logging in, when you click transfer funds, the app brings you back to the login screen with unknown error occurred message. It looks like an untested beta version so keep away from this
