iPad OS vista horizontal no disponible
Para iPad OS, la app solo funciona en forma vertical, sería bueno dar el soporte para usarla de forma horizontal.
App sin aceptar métodos de pago
Al intentar hacer el pago me invalida mi targeta aún que tenga fondos y lo reporte con soporte y dicen que son los bancos y los bancos dicen que es la aplicación
Producto dañado entregaron TV estrellada
Entregaron mi televisión de 74999 pesos estrellada. Hablé. A soporte técnico como había pasado las 24 hrs de que la resolví vía DHL Me comenta su personal que no se hacen repsosable perdí mi dinero Así de sencillo , literal mi vida cambió todos mis esfuerzos quedaron en la basura , coraje , impontencia y frustración total , confié en una empresa de renombre y me di cuenta que es lo contrario un fraude total confié sus productos

Todo bien hasta que te pide constancia para facturar… es mejor emitir la venta y que el clientes después pueda emitir la factura

No compren los reembolsos son eternos
Adquirí un cel s24 ultra el 11 de julio, nunca llegó en el tiempo,estimado de 10 días, procedí a cancelar y reembolso, hoy es 22 de noviembre de 2024 y no hay respuesta sólida sobre la fecha de reembolso, lo único que mencionan siempre es que el caso ya está escalado y están esperando respuesta del área de finanzas…. Han pasado 5. Meses con la misma información, pésima experiencia no lo recomiendo….. Número de caso escalado 3102 57 05 05
