Great app idea. Love it can be personalised. Credit card took a while to load. Why can’t I play with Apple Pay? Need to catch up with tech in this space

TV currently more than a week overdue no meaningful delivery timeframe or communication from Samsung. Poor communication and Samsung over promise and UNDER deliver. Think twice about buying direct from Samsung.

I will never use this app again and will avoid Samsung products due to the horrible customer experience. Firstly, they told me they would notify me of the delivery time slot a day in advance, but they never did. When I called to follow up, the customer service agent had no idea either. I only received the delivery alert when the driver was 5 minutes away from my apartment. Secondly, hidden costs. The website is misleading with their delivery options. They advertised "Free Delivery," but didn't mention that additional fees would apply for basic installation. You have to choose the option to see the cost. For heavy appliances like fridges and washing machines, it's dangerous to install them on your own, as the foam at the bottom requires a lift trolley. It's dangerous to handle it alone. So, what's the point of advertising "free delivery" when customers have to go the extra mile to uncover the true cost? Thirdly, a lack of willingness to help customers. I was automatically set to the "Standard Delivery - Drop Off" service, which I misunderstood as meaning they would at least unpack the items for me. I don’t blame them for the misunderstanding, but I was upset to find that my "free delivery" was set as "Drop Off only." After I provided feedback, I received a call from a customer service representative, who simply told me I hadn’t carefully read the terms and conditions and that there was nothing they could do. Another 25 minutes of my time wasted. What's the point of calling a customer if you're not willing to make any effort to resolve the issue? I used a lot of time to figure out how to lift the heavy machine on my own without injuring myself. And now I am removing the Samsung fridge from my shopping cart, definitely go somewhere else.

Hi. I wanted to do instalments n all options refused to work from mobile app. I chatted to experts from my desktop n they referred me to various support emails n latitude’s website - miserable customer service. Spent hours on this. I must say wasted hours on this. Thanks

The app got frozen with a white screen every time I am trying to login.

It has been dreadful day for ordering Galaxy Ultra a Birtday Gift for my partner. The customer service team not able to resolve the issue and pushing me Trade in team. After sending a couple emails to trade in team no response. With my hit and trail finally end up resolving the issue and processing my order. I was having high expectations though got disappointed with customer support.
