Catena Resorts bellissima. Spero che anche questa vacanza sia meravigliosa come le altre.

Sandals has been incredible and their app is just another cherry on top.

Invest some money in your app and stop being cheap.

I am trying to book reservations and was only able to make one single reservation for one dinner. There was no additional availability. Not sure where we will eat the other 6 nights. How could that be? We paid a lot for our vacation how could Sandals not be prepared for all their guests?

App is very helpful, easy to navigate & use.

App is slow and non-responsive. I was unable to check in as all spaces to be filled in were grayed out and locked. They say you can make one reservation prior to arriving. You can only do it at the hotel at which u are staying. very disappointing and I hope the trip is better

The app will consistently log you out and error out while on resort. The app is also not updated - they do not update it with restaurant closures or relocations. Im assuming the resort doesn’t have access to. The bayside menu that is listed on the app is always incorrect as to what is actually being served for lunch at the buffet. We noticed that at multiple resorts. If there are entertainment updates, they do not live time update the app. And even at that, what is said on the app isn’t the schedule of the actual resort. It’s really odd. Also GINA on the app goes into the abyss. Apparently you need a separate app for GINA, which the app developers should create a feature that when you click on GINA it tells you where to go or what to download.

We visited this resort for the first time and our time here was amazing!! The entertainment was incredible and the food was great! There are several different restaurants to eat from and overall they didn’t disappoint. The water sports are a memory we will never forget! Parasailing here in Negril for the first time was amazing!! We have already signed up for our next vacation trip to a sandals resort in Jamaica and we are truly looking forward to it!

The info on app doesn’t match the resorts

Slow processing, many errors and issues. Would be nice to be able to have 2 accounts(wife and myself). Information on the app is great however. Just have issues accessing it.
