Won’t Work

Won’t as advertised. Just purchased iXpand Flash Drive Luxe and when I plug it into my iPhone 15 Pro nothing happens. According to the instructions I’m suppose to get a prompt to download the drive app but that didn’t happen. I downloaded the app on my own then plugged the drive back in and it just doesn’t recognize that anything is plugged it. It’s a shame as I have used and older iXpand flash drive on my old iPhone 13 and it worked just fine. Whatever has happened with the recent upgrades seems to have created new connectivity problems. Zero stars on current performance.

Fix your app!!

I bought an Dual drive USB-c flash drive and the iXpand app to upload my files won’t support the the USB-c ??? You charge all this money to buy the flash drive and have no app to support it?

Crashes, does not transfer at whim

Just bought this tonight. Frustrated. Was so excited about this item but it simply only works on and off with no reason. It’s very frustrating

Doesn’t support

Purchased iXpand Flash Drive Luxe it has a usb Type c 3.1 this app does not support it. They have no support for it …..

App keeps crashing

The app keeps crashing - it starts to load up and then crashes, every time. I just bought a new 1 TB iXpand flash drive and now it’s useless because the app won’t even open up to recognize it.

Space

I’m new on this thing, but it wasn’t that hard as I Thought, finally I’ll have more space on my phone for new pictures. I love it!!

Doesn’t see drive on 15 ProMax

Have tried to thumb drives and this app will not recognize the thumb drives. Searched and can’t find a solution. Everything is up to date. New iPhone, too. Until they fix this don’t get a SanDisk for backup.

App does not detect drive on iPhone 15 pro max

It simply does not detect drive. iPhone itself can detect the drive and shows the files inside but iXpand app does not and keep showing the frustrating screen with add disk animation.

Doesn’t recognize flash drives

I have this app on my iPhones and it works just fine with the sandisk flash drives I have always used and the new ones but my iPad will not allow this app to access my flash drives. I plugged them in and it doesn’t even register them as existing even though they still work on iPhone.
