A fotókat megnyitva nem lehet elhúzással lépegetni a képek között, állandóan vissza kell lépni egyesével és úgy megnyitogatni a képeket külön. Ezt az alap funkciót tudnia kellene a programnak, mint ahogy az előzővel ez ment is!

Az előző, már nem támogatott, applikációval tudtam zenét lejátszani folyamatosan, miközben zárolva volt a telefonom. Itt már erre nem vagyok képes.

Please add audio file support for the iXpand drive thank you

Old app is way better! I own quite a number of SanDisks and now I can’t even transfer my files like they used to. Have to find another way. How I wish you get rid of this app and keep the old one.

This app is supposed to replace the iXpand Drive App, but this app is missing the security feature that the iXpand Drive has. Please fix

I’ve been using the I-Xpand App for 2 years now and have been trying to get used to this new app. I keep a lot of my old photos from my phone backed up on I-Xpand drives so that I can still view them on my phone when I want. In most ways using the new app is not much different, But there are so many things that make using it difficult and irritating, Most of it comes down to sorting, viewing, and naming files and photos : 1. You cannot sort photos by “”date created””. This makes keeping photos in order impossible, and since that is how they are sorted on your phone they will not be in the same order when you copy them to the drive. This is a nightmare when trying to go through vacation photos when the order is all out of whack. The only way to create your own order is to name every photo, but who wants to have to sit down and give 300+ photos each a different name just to keep an order. 2. File names are abbreviated if they are longer than only 10-12 characters. And that is literally like one or two words. You can only have so long of a file name before it abbreviates, and when they are abbreviated it makes reading them next to impossible. Maybe at least give the option to adjust text size and/or pick large/small icons like typical files on a computer to display the full file name. 3. The Layout is way less user-friendly than I-Xpand. Everything is under one home tab. Screen is filled too much. There is no longer an obvious “Copy Files” button. Instead you have to dig through the files first then click on a “three dot” symbol which THEN lets you copy. Way simpler, spaced out, and more user-friendly on the old app. 4. When watching videos, the footage seems choppy. I will watch a 60fps video with fast movements on both the old I-Xpand app and my phone, and they play smooth. However when watching them on the new app, though the resolution looks the same it just does not play as smooth. I don’t know if it plays at a slower frame rate or what but it just doesn’t look smooth. 5. This may just be a bug, but most of the time when I try to load one of my drives, a message pops up saying “Device is Busy, please try again later”. I then have to remove the drive and reinsert it for it to read it. Sometimes it does it, sometimes it reads the first time. But it gets annoying when it happens most of the time. With the iXpand app being discontinued I have some issues with this new app. There should be a dark mode rather than the unnecessary bright white background. Also every time I’ve tried a big photo transfer this app has glitched out and ended the transfer. While iXpand did them all just fine.

I don’t remember the last time I left an app review, but this was very necessary since the old app was very important to free space on phone but keeping very special memories and the quality of the new app is somehow way worse!!! #3 Once the photo is transferred it loses time and location. #2 App says not all photos are supported to transfer back to iPhone. (I’ll admit I’m using a very dated iPhone 8 Plus so maybe it’s that). #3 when viewing photos you can’t scroll one by one you need to exit the photo and select new one. The major loss here is losing the original time and date and the issues transferring back to phone. The old app works wonderful with my old phone. I’m looking for other alternatives whoever approved this new app is clueless!!!!! Don’t believe the good reviews / they’re wither by employees or someone that does a generic transfer of photos but not important enough for special memories or work!
