Got a new 8 channel dvr today, cannot get push notifications set up despite following the instructions to the letter, cannot change the settings to create a recording zone, very poor considering the flexibility I had with the DMSS app for my old system, not impressed.
Used this app for years but has stopped working on iPhone SE2020 on 4G on Three. Works fine on WiFi. Works fine on other phones. Just doesn’t connect & can’t find out why. 🤨

Deleted 😈 For less than a month practically just got it and it change the settings at her own will plus, notifications don’t really work , a lot of conflict on this, for the moment just the box as I deleted the app…. I start to think my info might not being secured! Spyware or malware!!!!
This app is completely useless it doesn’t work its show offline all time keep away from buying any products that are related to this app or the company.

After update I can’t get the app too work just keeps buffering.uninstalled reinstalled and even worse can’t even get the security code from a email which you are supposed to send

Worst app ever used. When searching through the recorded videos on your phone, the app only loads a small amount each time meaning you have to scroll for ages to reach the start of the day. This is an inconvenience but would at least be tolerable of the app didn’t shut down repeatedly. I have tried no fewer than 30 times to locate a video earlier in the day only for the app to close each time I get close to playing it back. Also, does not provide any options for filtering other than by date. By time and camera would be helpful. Absolute trash!
I have had a reoccurring problem where my cameras keep buffering and do not work at all. In addition, it does not let me select the camera I want and keeps saying unknown error. I have tried to send numerous emails to Sannce but I cannot get in touch with them whatsoever. Would someone be able to suggest anything??? Part of me just wants to uninstall these and just get rid of them.
