SAP Fieldglass Time Entry

The app constantly doesn’t work. It will incorrectly show you don’t have available time sheets to fill out which will delay your pay. This app is designed to help with payroll. But it actively hurts the people who use is. I could design a better more functional app in 15 minutes from ChatGPT.

Takes forever to load, loads incorrectly. Error messages get stuck and disable clicking on anything. Absolute worst part of my job is this app.

If you use this app for a time card please be aware that it doesn’t work ALOT. Issues upon issues with the server, can’t log in, won’t load, closing out randomly, it’s horrible

Bad system

This app has caused so many headaches and unnecessary, time-wasting steps. If I try to input my time for multiple days, it requires I log off and log back on after each day entry. There’s always a log on/loading error or maintenance but nothing seems to be fixed. I have been trying to upload my timesheet but it gave me an “internal server error” over and over again, I tried in the morning and again now in the evening. I tried to reset my password and it said that they sent an email but I have not received anything in any of my folders. I tried to change the email like the online assistance suggested but it would not let me use another email. This is by far the WORST timesheet app I have ever used.

The app doesn’t have half the functionality of the website for people entering time. Simple questions to the fieldglads team would make you think they don’t know or care that they have an app at all.

This app doesn’t have a logic to work and I have to try all the possibilities to enter the work time. For example if I need to enter my lunchtime at 12:00pm it won’t work for most of days! I have to change to make it acceptable At the end it count wrong and I have to reset. That’s annoying

For a good while this app was working smoothly. Recently, not sure if it was an update I missed, but it doesn’t seem to work anymore. For it takes way too long to load (I timed it just now at 20 minutes). Then when it does, when I try to enter my time it errors saying I don’t have any tasks assigned to me. I thought it was just a me issue until several of my coworkers told me they had the exact same issue. Neither the company I work for nor the company I’m contracted too have any idea why this is happening. In the desktop page, I not only have task codes but I have more than I did on the app (note that my first two weeks using the app, I had all these codes but then it only showed me 1 task code). The main reason I don’t use the webpage is because it doesn’t give me an option for a timesheet. I have to search for a link to a timesheet though google. Not sure if this is actually my employer’s fault (all my fellow contract-coworkers aren’t working though the same company as I am) or if it’s an issue through out.

I am unable to put my time in because when I open the app it says login failed before I attempt to login. I changed my password and still can’t login.
