SAP Fieldglass Time Entry

Utterly useless, constantly requires re-registering with Fieldglass after a couple of uses and has a horrendous interface that requires precisely selecting tiny fields and entering hours on a small screen. An example of terrible HCI app design.

There’s no way to report this bug in the app. The radiobutton which is used to select to accept the timesheet declaration is no longer there on the app. I am on the latest version of IOS. Please fix!

A donkey could create a better app, absolutely terrible for such a large business to create something so cheap. Don’t waste your time downloading, this app will log you in after it will log you out only for you to be able to of in via a scan and logging in online. Why would I need to log in twice, I might as well do the timesheet online. Utter stupidity.

How do they get away with this appalling app for so long?… because their users have little alternative choices: - Submit timesheet via this app - Use the website - Don’t submit a timesheet Don’t bother with this app. Use the website. Having tortured myself with this app for 8 months, I’ve reached the end. Delete.

All the time you need to login with a QR code because it doesn’t accept the password.. useless app.. hate it… fix it please..

Terrible app the worst I ever had. Keep logging me out.

This app is infuriating. So, it’s access via a mobile phone negating use of a laptop/desktop/browser, but you need to log in with a QR code, thereby adding the need for a 2nd device. But don’t worry, you can add all the details manually…but then it doesn’t work and nothing happens. Obviously SAP don’t have a software testing section in their company.

Well, I have never seen such a slow-running application in my life
