Don’t update

The recent update has wiped out my entire game and purchased passes. Has this happened to anyone else?

Frustrating

I annoy that I cannot more on to a new country Naples until I reach Level 48 good game but would like that once finish in one area that I can continue on to the next

Really enjoy this game but I’ve given up as too many adverts

I’ve been on this game for a few weeks went on it today and I’ve gone back to the start

New update was a mistake

I loved the game before the newest update . Great graphics, amusing story line ,manageable factories and animals ,didn’t take hours to produce most of the goods . But now we have to purchase live stock again and again after they turn into gold… Just silly. You guys made the game much more complicated by adding new goods to produce and more factories , takes ages to wait for most of the staff now . Where did all the meat produce go??? The layout of my village got totally messed up, took me a few hours to sort it out . Putting the train station to the beach wasn’t the brightest idea either. The most I enjoy in the game is to open new maps and explore them. Instead of spending time and resources to come up with this terrible update , should have continued the main storyline and add side quests with new maps . That was my first review which I didn’t send in the end . This was before you guys added the new maps. Took you long enough 😂 Some of it is still relevant though. Now - getting to one map to another just getting ridiculously expensive and lengthy. Also I am not able to use the message centre any longer - ‘ message not sent ‘ appears every time . So I will use this forum instead . Why on Earth we produce those shed loads of green, blue, yellow and red gemstones when they are absolutely useless ? Neither of them the right ones to upgrade anything …. Would that possible to sort it out please? Another issue: Many new factories appear ,we get them and start to produce items and all the old factories and produce not needed any longer . On the order board 90 % of it asking only for a handful of newly added produce which takes hours and hours to produce . Why? There are 2 adventure games remained on my iPad ….and I tried almost all of them . They got deleted because they cost way too much to have a little fun. It would be nice if Sarah’s adventure wouldn’t turn into a “greedy” game like many others . Nevertheless thank you for the game .

Need more green leaf items in the Decoration shop!

Love this game - but I can’t go up an I level, in order to get to the next adventure, because the only green leaf items in the decoration shop need 100 or more event tickets - which I can’t get more of unless I can access the next adventures and events! Catch 22… So I’m completely stuck on level 50. Also, why are the ads all for this game? Seems a bit pointless! Been like it since Christmas. Strange…

First game of these kinds that don't get frustrating with lack of energy. Really enjoy it and has quickly become a habit

Fabulous game I love the way it’s always changing with all the different worlds The various factions of the game are amazing

Orphaned

Loved the game until today. Unless you make a note of your ID number, user name, password etc, you are at risk of losing everything. I reached level 50, even spent £ in the game, was president of a supportive club, made friends, but after logging in today, I was back at level 1. Unable to access tech support without having ID number etc. Gutted.
