Game started back on level 1

After playing everyday for over a year I login today to find all my progress deleted and back on level 1. Don’t bother to download.

Levels all gone

Update yesterday, reset my level back to Level 1 from 20+, part of my life I’ll never get back. Deleted from devices now🤷‍♂️

Update has killed my game

I have just done the latest update and its wiped all my progress and sent me right back to level one, i am furious, its taken me ages to get through hundreds of levels, and money and now I'm right back to the beginning!! Sort it out!!

Update restarted my game

I have been playing for months, joined a team and progressed through the game. Recent update removed me from the team and started my game from the beginning. What a waste of time. Hopeless and they tried to sell this upgrade as a good thing . Useless

Not happy

I updated the game and lost all my progress won’t be playing again.

What happened

Please help I have just updated the game and I have lost ALL MY PROGRESSION I was very far up in the game and it has made me return to level 1. It took me ages to get to my high level what happened . If I have lost my progression I am deleting this game please help??.?

Reset to the beginning

Have been playing for about 18 months, today the game updates and I am literally back to the start. I had levelled up and was part of a team etc, all gone. Shambles

Ridiculous

I can’t believe you’ve made everyone go back to zero after spending thousands of hours getting to high levels. You’ve broken up great teams and upset loads of people. Just hope I can get my fabulous team back together when I’ve reached level 35. C’mon you “The Blues”.

Update lost everything

New big update has wiped my game data completely after a year of playing!

Times to high

This is a good game but the updates are very slow, a lot of players have complained to support about the times of harvesting as these have drastically higher making it sometimes impossible to complete adventures. The support team have promised they will alter the times but a new update and times are still high.
