H3 no sincroniza para calibrar o actualizar versión

Después de la actualización de la app hace 3 días, sigue sin sincronizarse, detecta el rodillo igual que antes pero no deja seleccionarlo y no se puede ni calibrar ni comprobar versión actualizada del mismo. Por favor arreglarlo.gracias

Tengo un H3 y no se enlaza con el rodillo para actualizar firmware ni para calibrar. He tenido que calibrar con la aplicacion de las rutas
