Het antwoord op de vraag over EUR/USD is fout. Na 3x gebuisd te zijn heb ik dan maar met opzet het foute antwoord gegeven… Wat onderzoek op Google wijst uit dat dit probleem al minstens 2 jaar bestaat. Bizar!
Te moeilijk
Het blijft moeilijk werken in deze app. Onoverzichtelijk en weinig helder. Saxo Investor, Saxo Trader… wie biedt wat aan. Allemaal erg onduidelijk. Ik hoop dat ik er in de toekomst beter zal leren lee werken…
IT / app support is bad
Since the update two months ago I’ve been experiencing problems logging in with my fingerprint, app doesn't blocks and doesn’t respond anymore. Takes up from several hours to one day for the app to reset again. Very annoying, support couldn’t help me they said upon 1 complaint. A shame, was using the app for over two years without a problem…
Heel veel rompslomp rekening
Heel klant onvriendelijk bank. - heel lastig om telefonisch binnen te geraken. - chat of berichten gaan traag of reactie is na de kwestie. - altijd een heel lastige administratieve molen welke er niet was bij Binck bank. - ze liggen er niet wakker van om klanten te verliezen

Why do I deserve this?
Saxo recommended this app after I complained about the user friendliness of the SaxoInvestor app. Probably to show things can always be worse. How low can you go Saxo?
