I have tragic experiences with Saxo support. I had with them a decently sized account so they gave me a personal broker who literally never responded to my emails and avoided all my questions. He just got back to me after 2 weeks saying he was on a vacation. But he was never available during the 8 months period I while I was tolerating Saxo. The general customer support chat is useless. It has a built in timeout feature. But the funny thing is - it can time out when the Saxo employee texts me. So when I text them and the support texts me something really long, I am getting kicked out of the conversation. I am soooo glad I did not move here more money because withdrawal had issues. It is not working with TransferWise. I had to send in more money from another bank. So I could empty my account and escape this madness. Also, I do not like this platform for day trading because their chart is delayed by 15 minutes on big Nasdaq names. The phone app is a joke. It is technically a big data sheet that you can drag endlessly with your finger. It is not intuitive at all. The complete package is a disaster. The only way I could squeeze some use out of Saxo was after connecting it to my TradingView and using that as an interface. But Saxo fees are a lot higher compared to others, so it was not a sustainable option either.

It’s a disgrace that an UI this bad still exists in this day and age. It makes me worry about the security and customer care of Saxo. If I were a shareholder of Saxo I would sell everything the first time I saw this monstrosity.
Not able to login with fingerprint. Ask to enable for allow, yes, and nothing to happen. Then why ask me to login with fingerpring if it never worked.?! 2y old my first reviews and still not solved? great!!!
Now you can’t find your most important metrics, for Example your open forex position expenses etc....Maybe it is not accidental.
Very cumbersome app where they give more importance to sell you seminars than actually managing your positions
Hvor ville det være rart hvis man kunne konfigurere de kolonner man ønsker at se, i sin Porteføljerapport-> Position. Det kan man på web-versionen. Hvorfor ikke i App’en. Der er rigtig mange, synes jeg, ligegyldige kolonner, således man skal scrolle horisontalt Big time for at kunne se eksempelvis total fortjeneste, hver gang man starter App’en op
I am very disappointed that Saxo does not give the flexibility right to the customer to choose what to be displayed on the platform and how. The updated app shows daily changes on the main portfolio page. But the older version, where earn/loss since purchase was shown was a lot more useful for me.
Uden sammenligning bedste platform på det danske marked. Let at bruge, gode overblikke, god kundeservice, meget billige priser. Det eneste der mangler er at kunne købe fractional shares. Hvis dette var muligt fik de 5 stjerner.
