App cannot be used when traveling

The agent do not reply promptly and just decide to close the chat before even answering my questions. After that keep trying to connect to someone but the robot keep saying all agents are busy...
It is extremely frustrating and challenging to connect with anyone in Saxo services who is helpful with any service request at all.

SaxoTrader Go has a easy to use interface that allows me to trade different products on the go. I like the interactive option chain that allows me to look at all the various strikes and expiries at one go.
The Saxo trading app does everything I need it to do with access to multible exchanges which suits my needs perfectly. On top of that it has also been very reliable during my several years of using it and 100% without any operational issues. Highly reccomended!

It is simple to use and user friendly., easy to fund and withdraw. Push notifications can be set to keep you updated on what is going on with your account Have been using this app for the past two years and i noticed enhancements with new features made to the app as well. Customer support is great, can opt between calls, online chats, or support tickets. Also chanced upon Saxo Support Center from their homepage where i can find well written articles with screenshots to aid customer understanding of the platform. Overall, i am satisfied with their service and it has been a good experience! :)
First started using Saxo during COVID but felt it was a bit hard to use and I didn’t really want to pay $1 just to use the app. Better now that they’ve removed that and lowered the minimums
