Inaccurate and quite basic, with pricing not reflecting accurately market, this leads to poor technical analysis and hence poor execution of orders. Often; Orders are not executed when set for entry levels. Crashes often and hangs when trying to execute trades. Very poor technical support.
Very sluggish chart and poor chart manipulation controls. Not accurate . For a company like yours, you really should have sorted these things out. This is like trading with an armature platform . Not you. Get it sorted and no more excuses.

Avoid at all cost
The customer service is appalling - i have been trying to withdraw my funds for almost 50 days and just get excuse after excuse with no support. Can’t wait to sort this out and close my account once and for all. Highly recommend avoiding Saxo, there are far better alternatives.
Can no longer login
It keeps asking me to change my password so I can only login on desktop now where I'm not presented with a password change screen.
Desktop app also now switched to SMS 2FA which has been proved to be insecure. No way to go back to using authenticator app. What a shambles. Major regression in both mobile and desktop.
Excellent service
Excellent service
Ok
Access to markets is good with a lot of different choices especially on options when trading in the UK. However for me the fees are ridiculous sometimes having to gain 30%+ on options trading to break even. Trying to look for something else with better fees.
Account Manager
My account Manager Jeff Clark is an excellent helpful person and deserves appreciation

What a dud
Terrible system. Lost amateurs. No vision. Difficult to navigate. Impossible to know tickets to trade. Hopeless help.
great platform, ios authentication could be better
Ive been through so many trading platforms over the past 10 years, but Im really happy with Saxo.
My only complaint is that the iOS app makes authentication very cumbersome. When you are asked for your passcode (2fa), it doesnt allow you to bring up your password manager to fill in your 2fa code, like a website would.
I'm not sure why, but it seems like it would be an easy thing to fix, and would probably work for other password managers too. Its in Saxos interests to make authentication well integrated with a secure password manager, instead of relying on user input.
